All installed systems will have a dedicated Project Manager for you to contact for updates and any information you need. Full training is then provided on the systems after installation is complete.

BESPOKE DESIGN
If you have an idea for a bespoke product or project, please get in touch with us. We have our own in house technical team, who are happy to design and manufacture new products to suit your installation. Examples of previous bespoke projects can be seen throughout our sensory rooms and gardens pages.
SENSORY MAINTENANCE
All of our sensory equipment and installations are supplied with a 1 year guarantee. Once this year is up, you will automatically be issued with a maintenance quotation for your system. This is supplied to give you all the options - you are under no obligation to take it out, but it does supply peace of mind.
We have various options available which will allow our engineers to service your equipment at regular intervals, as well as giving you a set amount of 'fault calls' as a part of the contract. Maintenance contracts can be relatively inexpensive, so please feel free to get in touch with your requirements.
We will also maintain equipment supplied or installed by another company, so our maintenance services aren't limited to our previous client base alone.
REWORKING PREVIOUS SENSORY EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATIONS
We often get enquiries from customers which have had sensory equipment installed previously. Some still have equipment which is in full working order - this can then be serviced to fit in with a new installation, which will make any budget stretch further!
Previous sensory installations can also be reworked to add in the Sensory Technology control systems, or to include a new spin. Please get in touch with your requirements.
